A setup is a series of shots with one lighting setup.   I charge $30 per extra setup.   For example... black & white setup natural daylight setup flash studio setup beauty light setup hollywood hot white background setup dark and moody setup The goal of a setup is one great shot but it is almost guaranteed that you will get several usable shots for different purposes. For example let's look at Nic Whitfeld's shoot on 16 May 2009. The first setup was in the flash studio with a blue/grey backdrop. After the setup, we sat at the computer and sorted the good (with stars) from the average (no stars) from the terrible (deleted.)
